Order and delivery

We are a small family-run business located in the UK, but we store our products in our US warehouses.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. We pack, process, and ship your order soon after you’ve placed it. We can only cancel your order before 2 PM EST on the same day you’ve placed it.

Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please email us.

Yes!  There is a one (1) Year Warranty on our products.

Shipping & Returns

Currently, we only ship within the US.
No. We currently do not ship to these areas.
We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
For Standard Shipping within the US, it may take up to 5 business days. Orders received before 2PM EST will be shipped out the same day, all orders after our cut-off time will ship out the next business day.
